Then, use this link to see the exact order for visual C++ redistributables. Go to Control Panel, Programs and Features and uninstall any Visual C++ redist you see Solution - a lot of pain, but you will do this once for some time: The redistributable either wasn't installed or wasn't able to install (due to Microsoft doing dumb things, like blocking the older versions of this redis to install and not making a cumulative pack with all the versions).
